By accessing this website, purchasing a course, booking training or using any of our materials, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not purchase from us or use our website.

By EllPill provides professional training and education, including online accredited courses, live online training sessions, self-paced online learning, 1:1 online training, in-person group training, training manuals and digital learning materials, theory, practical learning and assessments. All training is delivered by an educator trained to AET standard.

When you purchase a course, you will receive access for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This access period is provided to allow completion of theory modules, practical learning, assessments and portfolio work. Once the 6-month period ends, access will expire. Extensions may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to an additional fee.

Where a course includes digital content and/or online learning access, access is provided immediately after payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and delivery of digital content.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before course access is granted and/or your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already paid for.

All purchases are final. By EllPill operates a strict no refund policy on all online courses, in-person training, 1:1 training, group training, deposits, training manuals, digital content, assessments, certification and accreditation fees. This applies in all circumstances, including change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, work commitments, failure to complete a course within 6 months, technical issues on your side, not passing an assessment or not meeting accreditation requirements.

If you book live training sessions, 1:1 sessions or in-person training, you are responsible for attending on time. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Failure to attend may be treated as a completed session.

Where training is advertised as accredited, certification is subject to successful completion of all course requirements. You must complete all assessments, practical work and required evidence. Certificates will not be issued until full completion and verification. We reserve the right to withhold certification if misconduct, plagiarism or fraud is suspected.

You agree to engage with the course and complete required work, complete training and assessments within your 6-month access period, provide accurate information for certification purposes, behave respectfully towards educators and other learners, and send all completed assessments to education@byellpill.com.

You must not share login details or course access, share, copy, resell, upload or distribute manuals or course materials, record live sessions without written permission, harass, bully, threaten or abuse staff or learners, submit plagiarised, copied or fraudulent work, or disrupt training sessions. We may remove you from training if these rules are broken — no refunds will be provided.

All course materials are the intellectual property of By EllPill (or our licensors). This includes training manuals, videos, worksheets, slides, branding, course structures, written content, assessments and resources. You are granted a limited licence to use the materials for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce or distribute any content for commercial use.

You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet access, a suitable device, access to email, ability to open PDFs and view video content, and any apps/software required for live sessions. We are not responsible for issues caused by your equipment, network or software.

We aim to keep the website and learning systems available at all times, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access due to maintenance, system updates, security issues or events outside our control.

Our training is educational and professional. We do not guarantee employment, business income, specific results or qualification acceptance by every employer or insurer. Outcomes depend on learner effort and external requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any legal rights that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, By EllPill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, income, business or opportunity, inability to complete due to personal circumstances, or technical issues outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course or service in question.

We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website is the version that applies at the time of purchase.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
