01 How long do I have access to a course?
Six months from the date of purchase — plenty of time to complete the theory, practical work, assessments and any portfolio submissions at your own pace.
02 Is the certification recognised?
Every course is delivered by an AET trained educator and accredited through Ashley Jade CPD Accreditation. Certificates are issued on successful completion of all assessments and required evidence.
03 What is the refund policy?
All purchases are final. Because course content is delivered immediately on purchase, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
04 What's included in every course?
Six months of full access, a downloadable training manual, full theory and practical assessments, accredited certification on completion, and direct email support from Ell.
