I'm Ell — hairstylist, blow-dry specialist, AET-trained educator and founder of ByEllPill. Fifteen years on, hair still isn't just my career — it's the craft I've built my name around.
The Story
My journey started long before I ever worked “officially.” I was raised in my Nanny's salon — surrounded by hairspray, rollers and the buzz of a working chair from the day I could walk.

No "good enough." Every technique I teach is built around high standards, real results and doing things properly.
I'm here to teach, not intimidate. No judgement, no rushing, no making people feel small. Everyone deserves a supportive space to learn.
I work with all hair types, textures and wigs. My training is for everyone — because great education should never exclude.
I teach techniques that work in real appointments, real salons and real careers — not just what looks good on camera.
My goal is for every student to leave feeling skilled, capable and proud of what they can create — never just watching someone else do it.
I'm the original Blow Queen and I lead with my own signature methods. I don't follow trends — I set them.

I'm here to raise the standard of hair education — to give every stylist the technique, the confidence and the support to perform at their best, no matter where their journey begins.
