Refund Policy

By EllPill operates a strict no refund policy. All purchases are final.

This page explains exactly what that means, the circumstances in which it applies, and the reasoning behind it. For the full legal terms, see our Terms and Conditions.

All of the following are non-refundable once purchased:

• Online courses
• In-person training
• 1:1 training and mentorship
• Group training
• Deposits
• Training manuals (digital and physical)
• Digital content - videos, PDFs, downloads
• Assessments
• Certification and accreditation fees

Our no-refund policy applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Inability to attend a live or in-person session
• Personal circumstances or work commitments
• Failure to complete a course within the 6-month access period
• Technical issues on your side (internet, device, software)
• Not passing an assessment
• Not meeting accreditation requirements

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have booked live online training, 1:1 sessions or in-person training, you are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, but it is not guaranteed. Missed sessions may be treated as completed sessions and no refund will be issued.

If you need to discuss rescheduling, please contact us as early as possible.

Our training is built on personal time, expertise and accredited materials. When you purchase a course:

• Course access begins immediately
• Ell time is set aside specifically for each student or group
• Accreditation and administration costs are committed on your behalf

A clear, consistent no-refund policy keeps the academy fair for every student and lets Ell continue to deliver education at the standard you have come to expect.

We strongly encourage every student to:

• Read the full course description carefully
• Check that the format, level and dates work for you
• Review our Terms and Conditions in full
• Reach out with any questions before purchasing

If you are not sure whether a course is right for you, please get in touch first. We would much rather answer your questions than have you book something that does not fit.
